'Bay Burdett is an entrepreneur who started Bay\'s Kitchen, a low fodmap, gluten free, dairy free and vegan sauce, soup and gravy brand! After being diagnosed with IBS and following a low-FODMAP diet, Bay recognized the lack of ready-made sauces that were suitable to her new diet, and launching her brand after a couple years of recipe testing. The brand is award winning and is now stocked in hundreds of supermarkets across a few countries!  In this episode, Bay explains her \'aha\' entrepreneurial moment and the challenging yet lucky start her company had in her first two years.
