Healthy eating and living are promoted through the depiction of delicious and easy to prepare, locally available food. Hosted by Rebecca Veevee, some episodes feature a \"guest\" assistant cook. The origin of the food source is also presented -- from the sea, from the ice, from the tundra and/or from the air. Niqitsiat is a half-hour program for a general audience. Language: Inuktitut (English sub-titles). --- This video is one of a series of clips showcasing TV productions by the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (IBC) in Nunavut, Canada over the last 30 years. The series of clips are linked on IBC\'s Nunavut Media Arts Centre (NMAC) fundraising website \"Sanavallianiq Isumagijaujunut -- Building for Dreams\" launched in September 2012: www.Sanavallianiq.ca or www.Building4Dreams.ca -- Donate Today! We are raising $8.5 million for this building which will house IBC\'s production operations, including updated equipment to keep pace with the industry, a studio, film archives and more.
