This is so important because did you know that until 1980, there was no fatty liver disease diagnosed, and now it has escalated to over 25% of Americans having fatty liver disease. Now we\'re not even going to touch the number of how many people are dealing with cancer. Yet these top five tips that I\'m going to share with you are going to help with both.   But first let’s talk about the 5 functions of the liver. Here are the top five things that your liver does for you.   1. It takes nutrition and turns it into energy.   2. It also helps you to resist infection.  3. It helps to remove bacteria and toxins and improve your immune system response.   4. It also helps to store iron   5. Your liver also helps to aid in digestion.   People who are having trouble with their liver are going to have bloating after a meal, they may have swelling in their legs and their ankles. They may have type one diabetes, type two diabetes, they may have just you know, just a real sensitivity to getting sick.   Now some people may be so far advanced and deliver cirrhosis that it may not heal completely, but you can change your health and you can start today.  How To Reverse Fatty Liver Disease - 5 Tips  1. Remove processed foods.   2. Eat more fiber.  3. Eliminate processed sugars.  4. Eat foods high in choline  5. Eat foods that are high in healthy fats.
