'Christopher Snowdon from the Institute of Economic Affairs says a ban on junk food adverts on TV before 9pm will not work and \"be more extensive than people think.\" Speaking with talkRADIO\'s Mike Graham, Mr Snowdon said if the reported plans go ahead, Boris Johnson would be the fifth Prime Minister in a row who \"had a bee in his bonnet about micromanaging the lives of ordinary law abiding citizens for their own good.\" The Prime Minister is reportedly looking to curb snack promotions in a bid to tackle obesity.'
