'I hadn’t meant to buy another Food Mill, but it seems I am seeing them everywhere. Not many people need or use them anymore, I think their biggest detraction is storage. It is just such an odd shape. It is really designed to be hung from a pot rack. My old one is pretty beat up, but it has a story to tell. This second one has seen very little usage. Someone had put the nut on backwards and it was stuck on the threads, so I hauled it home to play with it. With the proper tool it was soon working smoothly. Now it is going to live with my mothers and finally see some usage. As for my own well worn Foley, it got in some mileage today when I used it to add some milled potatoes to some yummy Cullen Skink I had going in the instant pot.
