'HEALTHY AND TASTY CURRY | Protein & Calcium Rich Food | Spinach Moong Dal Fry | Palakura Pesarapappu | Moong Dal Curry #healthy #tasty [INGREDIENTS] : Oil - 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp Chana Dal - 1 Tsp Onions - 1 No (Chopped) Green Chilli - 1 No (Sliced) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp Spinach Leaves - 2 Bunches Curry Leaves - 5 to 7 No Moong Dal - 1/2 Cup (Soaked in water ) Salt - 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp (for good taste) Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp [PRE-PROCESS] : 1. Clean Spinach Leaves well 2.Clean and Soak Moong Dal for 30 minutes in water [PROCESS] : Step 1: In a kadai add 1 tsp of oil and heat for a min Step 2: Then add 1 Tsp of Mustard Seeds , Cumin Seeds and Chana Dal. Roast them until brown Step 3: Add a Cup of chopped onions and a sliced green chilli Step 4: Mix them well Step 5: Add 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder and give it a mix Step 6: Clean Spinach Leaves well before cooking and keep them fresh Step 7: Add 2 Bunches of Spinach Leaves in the kadai. stir for a min Step 8: For taste add curry leaves in the recipe Step 9: close the lid and cook for 2 min in low flame only.
