'Hi Friends                    This video explains you about the making of a delicious and healthy evening snack out of Ragi. When you add sweetness moderately,  definitely adults too like this.  Benefits of ragi:       Ragi is rich in calcium.        It is good to add this weekly once in our diet.        Definitely the intake of ragi in young age helps for the growth and        strengthening of bones.        It is a good infant food too.        Regular intake of ragi also enhances your skin complexion to        certain extent.
