'Hello :D Thank you for watching my FIRST Youtube video. Hope you enjoyed it and kept all your clothes on! I sure didn\'t (Food Wars reference). In the anime, Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma, Yukihira really exaggerated the juiciness and umami-ness of his GOTCHA! Pork Roast. So juicy that your bodily fluids will flow excessively D: But irl, bacon grease/flavor really doesn\'t spread throughout the filling like that at all so I was a bit disappointed! Nonetheless, it tasted great with the sauce. My version was 90% successful. 10% missing due to lack of said umami and juiciness lol. It did everything but knock my socks off. I will definitely attempt this again with a few changes. Probably will add cold cubes of butter in filling, pre-bake and baste the filling, then wrap in bacon.
