'Easy Perfect Pastry Dough Pie Crust'

'Pastry Dough Ingredients  NOTE: This is enough to make one top and bottom crust pie or 2 bottom crust pies. Also enough for about 4-5 fried pies (depending on size of diameter. If you need to double the recipe ONLY if your food processor is large enough.    2 cups All Purpose Flour (as shown in video please don’t pack the flour, if you do, you will end up with too dense of a crust) 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick) 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 6 Tablespoons Ice Water  Combine Flour, butter, sugar and salt. Pulse for about a minute. You should have a mix of small bits of butter in the flour. Add the ice water and pulse again for in between 30 seconds and a minute. Scrap your bowl down to be sure it gets evenly pulsed. Your dough should look crumbly. Dump your bowl out onto your work surface and shape into a ball. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 to an hour before using. I think you will love this dough! Thanks and enjoy!'
