'FISH FRY with SWEET AND TANGY DIP Ingredients : 1 kg fish (any skined fish) For 1st marination we need 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder Marinate for 30 mins For the dip we need: 1 cup tamarind water 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp chilli flacks. HOW TO MAKE THE DIP: In a pan add 3 to 4 tbsp water Add 1/2 tsp salt Add Jaggery Lets dissolve And make it thick Now pour the sauce we made with tamarind water, sweet chilli sauce and chilli flacks. Bring it Boil and and keep in stove for 5 mins. Next we will marinate the fish again for 5 to 10 mins with: Ingredients : 2 tbsp corn flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garlic paste add 1 tbsp water and mix them and add the fishes. Next fry the fishes and have it with the dip. Enjoy'
