'This was my first time trying Nigerian food, it was lovingly made by Naija Kitchen- a home caterer service run by Adenike Adeyemi in Preston. I had Amala which is a staple food of pounded yam, with Gbegiri (bean stew) and Ewedu (jute leaf) stew. Gbegiri and Ewedu are commonly enjoyed by the Nigerian Yoruba community. Also at the table is Jollof Rice, Nigeria\'s national dish- rice cooked in tomato with onion and chilli.
