All the foods are found in India and these calcium rich foods are essential for strong bones, teeth and muscles.  Calcium has a very important role in our body’s function and it is a major part of our bones and teeth. For women calcium requirement is more than men. Our body       doesn’t produce calcium. Food is the main source of getting calcium.   This video is about 10 natural source of calcium (from food) and we must include those in our regular diet as to maintain good health.  The 10 Indian foods mention in the video are as follows, 1. Milk: Milk and milk products contain high amount calcium. Whole milk and skim milk provide the same amount of calcium. It’s your choice what milk you will drink.   2. Sardines: Sardines have a high calcium content as its bones are very soft and edible.  3. Oranges: Oranges is good source of vitamin C and calcium. Vitamin C in oranges helps to absorb calcium in our body.  4. Oatmeal: Oatmeal contains good amount of calcium with other nutrients and ideal breakfast choice for good health.  5. Dark leafy greens: Dark leafy greens like spinach and kale are very rich dietary source of calcium. Take this in your diet regularly.  6. Sesame seeds: Sesame seeds are rich source of calcium which help to build strong bone, muscle and teeth.  7. Almonds: Very high amount of calcium in almonds help to strengthen bones and teeth.  Almonds is the richest source of calcium in nut category foods.   8. Soy milk: Fortified soy milk is a very good source of calcium and vitamin D. It is naturally free of cholesterol and low saturated fat.  9. Dried dates: Dried dates are a very good source of calcium which strengthen our bones, teeth and muscles.  10.
