'Guy Grossi cooks at Preston Market'

'Preston Market was buzzing on Saturday, 18 February 2017 as Guy Grossi filled the fruit and vegetable hall with tantalising aromas as he demonstrated how to cook cozze alle Siciliana (braised mussels with tomatoes, fregola, herbs and garlic)that had the crowd drooling.   Celebrating the upcoming Melbourne Tomato Festival (19 March), Guy cooked traditional Italian cozze alle Siciliana - braised mussels cooked in fresh tomato passata, with onion, garlic, herbs, fregola and white wine.    This video is 20 minutes long and runs through Guy\'s entire presentation.  His passion for good Italian food is infectious. Enjoy.
