'Rare Beef Steak Don by Soma Yukihira | Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma'

'A very common type of don in Japan, we recreated the Rare Beef Don from Shokugeki no Soma by Yukihira Soma! This dish takes a little more delicacy in terms of cooking the beef steak to the right levels, and Soma used it as one of his practice dons before his first Shokugeki when facing off against the fiery Ikumi Mito.
