'Yukihira Style Beef Bourguignon [Shokugeki no Soma/Food Wars]'

'This is NOT a traditional beef bourguignon. It is meant to mirror the anime with the large chunk of meat and adding honey. When scaling up my test recipe, I forgot to scale the tomato paste, flour, bay leaf, and thyme. The video shows the amounts before scaling. I ended up adding the extra tomato paste and flour off camera.'
