'The Asian Food Channel travels to Bangkok to experience one iconic dish: the Pad Thai. The hosts, Sarah Benjamin and Chef Malcolm Goh, first experience the dish at a street-food restaurant. Following this experience, they visited Sala Rim Naam, one of Thailand’s most legendary Thai restaurants.  The Oriental Signature Pad Thai was prepared by Chef Narain at The Oriental Thai Cooking School, and served at Sala Rim Naam.
