'These Are The Halloween Meatloaf Cupcakes To Die For | Halloween Food Ideas'

Normally meatloaf cupcakes are meant for dogs but these meatloaf cupcakes are so good I\'m gonna give them to my dawgs. I should add, these demonic meatloaf cupcakes are to die for, but unlike regular cupcakes, it won\'t be from diabetes.  Ingredients:  Aligot Potatoes:  - Yukon gold potatoes - 4 - Mozzarella (or any stretchy cheese) - 1 medium package - Butter - 1/2 stick - Cream - 1 cup - Salt - several generous pinches to taste  Meatloaf:  Mirepoix - 5 ribs celery, grated - 2 carrots, grated - 2-3 medium onions, diced - 2 tbsp butter or olive oil - Salt to taste - 500 ml stock  Panade: - 1:1 ratio of bread crumbs to milk - 1.5 tsp onion powder - 1.5 tsp garlic powder - 3-5 glugs of Worcestershire sauce - Dash of ketchup - 2 tbsp liquid smoke - 3 tbsp sliced, sauteed mushrooms - 3 eggs - 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 1.5 tbsp tomato paste - 3 tbsp dijon mustard - 1 bunch chopped parsley - Cooled Mirepoix  Meat: - 1:1 ratio of freshly ground cow shoulder and pig shoulder - 1 pig heart with the meat cutaway  Method:  - Cutaway the meat from the heart leaving the arterial tubes behind - Braise for 6 hours or until fork tender - Cut those up and fry them until crispy - Grate your mirepoix ingredients into a skillet and sweat them until translucent - Pour in your stock and reduce by half - Set aside to cool - Mix your panade ingredients together until pasty and add in your meat - Mix those until homogenous, set aside - Boil some quartered Yukon gold potatoes until fork tender and pass them through a fine-mesh strainer - Put them back into a pot and add in your butter, cream, and cheese - Fold in the ingredients until incorporated and stretchy  - Form little cupcakes but leave a divet for your aligot potatoes - Bake at 350f for about 10-15 min or until the internal temp registers 165f - Let them cool slightly and add in your cheesy potatoes - Sprinkle your crispy fried heart, some fresh thyme leaves, freshly ground black pepper and some demi-glaze, or reduced stock. - Now you can be the one to bribe Satan  Music: Modest Mussorgsky - Night on Bald Mountain'
