'An explosion of taste and spices, Try this Patakha Chicken recipe and enjoy with friends and Family. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #7up  Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3BkgBnS   Patakha Chicken Serves 3-4 Recipe in English:  Ingredients: -Whole Chicken 1 kg -Water 1 litre or as required -Lemon juice ¼ Cup -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 4-5 tbs -Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp -Cornflour 1-2 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Chilli sauce 2 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Lemon juice 2-3 tbs -Cooking oil for frying -Water 1 & ½ Cup  Directions: -Cut whole chicken with the help of kitchen scissor,upside down chicken,flatten it and place deep cuts & set aside. -In a large bowl,add water,lemon juice & mix well. -Place whole chicken,dip properly & marinate for 30 minutes then strain. -In a bowl,add red chilli crushed,salt,garam masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,cornflour,ginger garlic paste,chilli sauce,soy sauce,lemon juice & mix well. -Add whole chicken & rub evenly all over the chicken,cover with cling film & marinate overnight in refrigerator. -In a wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry marinated chicken from both sides until golden brown & crispy (approx. 30 minutes) & take out fried chicken on a grill rack.  -Strain leftover red chilli crushed & 1 tsp of oil from fried oil & reserve it for serving.  -In a pot,add water,place steam rack,cover & bring it to boil. -Now place fried chicken,cover & steam cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes. -On a serving platter,place patakha chicken,sprinkle fried red chilli crushed & serve with 7Up!  Recipe in Urdu:  Ajza: -Whole Chicken 1 kg -Water 1 litre or as required -Lemon juice ¼ Cup -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 4-5 tbs -Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp -Cornflour 1-2 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Chilli sauce 2 tbs -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Lemon juice 2-3 tbs -Cooking oil for frying -Water 1 & ½ Cup  Directions: -Whole chicken ko kitchen scissor ki madad sa cut ker lein,upside down ker ka chicken ko flat ker lein aur deep cuts laga lein & side per rakh dein. -Large bowl mein pani aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Whole chicken dal ker properly dip ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein phir strain ker lein. -Bowl mein lal mirch crushed,namak,garam masala powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,cornflour,adrak lehsan paste,chilli sauce,soy sauce aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Whole chicken dal ker marination ko evenly rub ker lein,cling film sa cover ker lein aur overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein. -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated chicken ko dono sides sa golden brown & crispy ho janay tak deep fry ker lein (approx. 30 minutes) & fried chicken ko grill rack per nikal lein. -Leftover lal mirch crushed aur 1 tsp oil ko fried oil sa strain ker lein & serving kliya reserve ker lein. -Pot mein pani dal dein aur steam rack rakh dein aur cover ker ka ubal anay dein. -Fried chicken rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein. -Serving platter per patakha chicken rakh dein aur upper sa fried lal mirch crushed chirak dein aur 7up ka saath serve karein!'
