'Fufu in Saladmaster'

'Today we learn how to make our own fufu from scratch without having to pound.    Fufu  Ingredients  Cassava Unripe Plantain  Utensil Used: 7 quart   Preparation: 1. Wash and peel Cassava and plantain  Tip: You can leave a bit of the purple peel on the cassava for a nutritional boost.   2. Process Cassava and plantain with cone 1 of the SaladMaster food processor  3. Put in blender with very little water and blend ensuring a smooth somewhat thick paste.  4. Pour Cassava and plantain paste into 6quart; adding a little more water to get everything out.  5. Put on fire to cook at low heat for about 8 minutes  6. Uncover to stir until achieving a smooth and thick dough.'
