Follow me on Insta : rosy.leaf Here\'s the recipe: Ingredients: 227g mushrooms 2 cups cooked green lentils 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp sage powder 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp liquid smoke 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp ground flax seeds Salt and pepper to taste * i suggest to add more than a tsp salt * Dipping sauce: 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp maple syrup Pepper Instruction: In a food processor: Mushrooms and green lentils. Get them finely chopped. Cook in a non-adhesive pan the mushrooms and lentils mixture for 4-6 mins, on high heat and keep stiring. in the food processor add the walnuts. and then put them in your pan. Add all the ingredients and keep stiring for 2-3 mins. let it cool down. HOW TO MAKE PASTRY DOUGH 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cold plant based butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 to 5 tablespoons ice water Blend together flour, butter, and salt in a bowl with your fingertips or a pastry blender (or pulse in a food processor) just until mixture resembles coarse meal with some roughly pea-size butter lumps. Drizzle 3 tablespoons ice water evenly over mixture and gently stir with a fork (or pulse in processor) until incorporated. Squeeze a small handful: If it doesn\'t hold together, add more ice water, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, stirring (or pulsing) until incorporated, then test again. Do not overwork dough or pastry will be tough. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 6 portions. With heel of your hand, smear each portion once or twice in a forward motion to help distribute fat.
