'Chennai Famous Street Food Atho / Atho Burmese Food Recipe in Tamil / How to make Atho Burmerse Food Atho, its a Burmese food also a popular street food in chennai. It was cooked with plain noodles mixed and served with fresh raw vegetables.Orange colored noodles are used in making atho. Burma recipe - Atho Ingredients : Noodles -200 gms Cabbage - 1cup Carrot - 1 cup Onion - 2 sliced Fried garlic & oil Chilli flakes - 2 tsp Tamarind water -2 tsp Lemon - 1/2 Bengal gram flour -2tsp Papdi / thattai -7-8 Salt as needed @Spicy Samayals  Method : - pour water in a sauce pan add salt and food colour ( orange ) / kesar powder 1/2 tsp - drop the noodles and stir it well - allow it to boil . - drain the noodles add some oil and mix well. Keep it aside - pour some oil in a friying pan - add chopped garlic and fry well - take a pan add all the ingredients as mentioned above . Mix well along with the noodles , u can add salt water if u need. - finaly garnish with some coriander leaves. Enjoy the recipe .  Please like share and support us.
