'HOW TO MAKE A LUSH BATH BOMB DIY | Allie Young'

'Make Sure to Switch to HD  THE FOOD COLORING WILL NOT STAIN YOUR SKIN OR THE BATHTUB! (if it happens to stain anything use rubbing alcohol to remove it.)  Some of my favorite pampering products are the bath bombs from LUSH, but they are on the pricey side. I figured it would be a lot cheaper If I made them myself and I thought I would share who to make them with you. I will have all the supplies and the directions listed below.   What You\'ll Need: 1 Cup (8 oz.) - Baking Soda: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4ja/ 1/2 Cup (4 oz.) - Corn Starch: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4jb/ 1/2 Cup (4 oz.) - Epsom Salt: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4jd/  1/4 Cup (2 oz.) - Cream of Tartar: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4jf/ OR 1/2 Cup (4 oz.) - Citric Acid (Whole Foods)  2 1/2 Teaspoons (Essential Oil) - Lavender Oil: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4jh/ 2 Teaspoons (Light Essential Oil) - Fresh Linen: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4jj/ 3/4 Teaspoon -  Water  *OPTIONAL* - Food Coloring: http://go.magik.ly/ml/4jk/  - A Large Mixing Bowl - A Small Mixing Bowl or Cup - A Whisk  - A Meat Baller or Ice Cream Scoop - A Few Mixing Spoons - A Bath Towel - A Piece of Wax Paper  Directions: - Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients together (1 Cup - Baking Soda, 1/2 Cup - Corn Starch, 1/2 Cup - Epsom Salts and 1/4 Cup - Cream of Tartar OR 1/2 Cup  - Citric Acid) and stir them.  - Step 2: In a separate mixing bowl or cup, add all of the wet ingredients together (2 1/2 Teaspoons - Lavender Oil, 2 Teaspoons - Fresh Linen Oil, 3/4 Teaspoon -  Water and *OPTIONAL* Food Coloring) and  stir them. - Step 3: After the ingredients are separately mixed, combine them together in a large mixing bowl and stir them together with a  whisk. - Step 4: When the mixture begins to clump together, use a meat baller or an ice cream scoop to form spheres.  - Step 5: Once the mixture is molded into a ball, carefully place it on a sheet of wax paper on top of a bath towel and let it dry out for 1 - 2 days.  - Step 6: Once the bath bomb has dried out, you can go ahead and use it in the bath tub.
