'Today\'s video will assess the DIRTY 12 FOOD LIST of 2020 by EWG (Environmental Working Group), which reviews pesticide-contaminated foods, specifically fruits and vegetables. The goal of this list is not to deter anyone from consuming any of these fruits and vegetables, which are essential to a healthy diet regimen. However, the goal is to create awareness that these produce are usually tested and found to have residues of pesticides from farming activities. If possible, such foods should be consumed as organic in order to avoid ingestion of pesticides.
