'making blackberry jam using a food mill (Macina Legumi) part 1 of 2'

'This is the first part of my making blackberry jam with--my FAVORITE! I added a bit of peaches that were leftover from last-year\'s harvest in order to make a good volume of jam. The end result had almost no peach flavor (which is what I was hoping for).  Ingredients: about 4 cups seedless blackberry pulp about 2 cups frozen sliced peaches the juice of 1 lime (about 1/4 cup) 1 cup honey 1 cup granulated sugar divided into 1/2 cup measures 3 tsp Pomona\'s Pectin powder 3 tsp calcium water (prepared according to the package instructions)'
