'With the success and additions of festivals at Walt Disney Walt and SeaWorld, Brennan and I have been waiting for literal years for Universal to organize and introduce a food festival. This year, instead of the usual Mardi Gras event with parades and the French Quarter food booths, they have expanded the event into a park-wide food festival! Brennan and I spent our first trip exploring the various offerings at the park, and using our sampling lanyard to try anything that seemed different or exciting!
