Ingredients: - 2 nest of Noodles - 1/2 cup cabbage - 2 medium-size onions - 5-6 Garlic pods - 2 tbsp oil - 4-5 Dry chili - 1/4 cup roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup roasted gram dal - 1/2 lemon size tamarind - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 packet crisps Preparation: #Step 1: Boil noodles in a separate pan. Make sure all noodles completely immersed in water. Allow water to boil and cook for 3-4mins. In water add 1 teaspoon(tsp)of oil to make the noodles don\'t stick to each other after draining. #Step 2: Dry roast the dry chili #Step 3: Cut onion and the garlic into small slices, deep fry the garlic & Onion until it changes to a golden brown and keeps aside. #Step 4: Grind the Roasted Peanut and roasted gram dal into a fine powder. #Step 5: Take the juice from tamarind #Step 6: Mix the all ingredients cabbage, Onion, fried onion, fried garlic, tamarind extract, coriander leaves, Roasted gram flour, and chili flakes and mix them all well with fork or hand. add crisps(/add Thattai also) Now add the boiled noodles and mix it well with noodles by hand #Step 7: Garnish coriander leaves and serve immediately.
