'UTI is an infection in the urinary tract of the women and to deal with it. We have to take more of probiotics, like all the fermented food like curd and there are certain recipes  which need fermentation like idli, dosa and some Gujarati  recipes like dhokla and  handwa. So eating this kind of food produces good  bacteria  in your system and  helps in fighting the  bacteria. The other things could be Vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, a protective nutrient, which prevents Ecoli from developing further and it may help you in preventing the further UTI infections. Talking cranberry and blueberry juice also helps. So until you have the infection, you must take the cranberry and blueberry juice everyday. They both have a chemical compound which prevents the  E.coli from binding . Both of these berries have antioxidant properties. Eliminating sugary foods will also be of help as the bacteria feeds on the sugary food. So cutting down on all the sugary food like cutting down all the aerated beverages and more sugary  drinks would help you  certainly. So take more  foods  which have  no  sugar in whole  grains and plenty of  water, coconut  water and  fruit  juices, fruits  etc  would help. So stay healthy.'
