'Hi Friends do try out this interesting recipe of this week The Burmese food Atho with healthy twist. Without using any colours or ajinomoto. Sure you all gonna love it. Ingredients: Garlic and onion oil Garlic - 6-8 nos Onion - 1/2 Groundnut oil - 1/4 cup Preparation: Heat a pan add 1/4 cup groundnut oil and once the oil is ready start adding the garlic and onion and roast them until it turns golden brown. Set them a side to cool down and shift it to a bowl. Roasted gram powder : Roasted gram - 1/2 cup Roasted dry chilli - 1-2 nos Grind them to a powder form and shift it to a bowl. ( if u have extra powder u can store in air tight jar and store it for later use) Tamarind water : Half lemon size - tamarind 1/2 tps - sugar 1/4 cup water Soak it for 10 mints and mix it well and take the juice and keep it a side Ingredients for Atho salad : 150 g - cabbage 2 nos - onion One hand full of coriander Salt for taste How to make noodles: Ingredients: Wheat flour- 1 cup Semolina- 1/2 cup Salt - 1 Tps Water as needed Mix all ingredients to soft dough and set for 1/2 hour and start making noodles with mold (type 1) or with (type 2) as in the video.
