'This video is about making seedless blackberry jam. I used ball RealFruit classic pectin instead of surejell so I had to weigh it. Using Ball Pectin I needed 7 TBSP of product as opposed to a whole box of sure-jell. I\'m not going to leave the full recipe because I improvised. The Jelly / Jam turned out well though. A bit sweet but all jam and jelly is very sweet. Lots of sugar. This video will show you how to make jelly by process but it is not a tutorial. Enjoy. This is very similar to making berry jelly.'
