For the mopping sauce:  Brown Sugar 1 cup Apple cider vinegar 1cup onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon and the most important ingredient, BEER! In this case 10 oz of Corona Extra, with the last 2 oz for the pitmaster! (ME)'
