'Champorado is one of Filipinos favorite breakfast. This sweet ang tangy dish is best served with daing or any dried fish of your choice to balance the sweetness with the saltiness of the dried fish. For this video I used the fish chips my family brought from La union, the crisp gave an exciting flavor tothe dish. I added a little twist by topping it with filipino milk chocolate with nuts or known as chocnut. For sure kids and kids at heart will definitely enjoy this dish.'
