'Part Two of making freezer tomato sauce with the Roma Food Mill. It took me about an hour to get through 1/2 bushel of tomatoes for sauce using the mill, much easier and faster than peeling the tomatoes and de-seeding by hand. Simmered down, I\'ll make about 6 quarts of sauce.'
