'Here is a list of top 10 calcium rich foods. Calcium is needed for strong bones and teeth and calcium deficiency causes osteoporosis and other health conditions. It also regulates muscle contractions including heartbeat. When there is not enough intake of calcium, body starts to remove calcium from bones, which makes the bones weak and brittle.
