'In this first part Mark goes over the details and criteria of the shoot with the client, demonstrating the importance of a clear and achievable design brief. Then he starts to build the shot styles with chef, looking at backgrounds, placements and wine choice. Only once these decisions are made can shooting really begin, and due to being provided with a very open brief Mark has a lot to get through.
