'✓ We are very, much honoured to be allowed a privileged peek inside the kitchen of the recently opened Des Pardes Restaurant (in Hounslow) to watch the master chef make his version of Masala Karela (aka Bitter Gourd)..........we can gladly confirm that it was absolutely delicious!!! Masala Karela Recipe: (An Indo/Pakistan vegetarian restaurant recipe dish with a richly flavoured semi-dry onion gravy).  * Vegetable Oil (Tel) - enough for frying the sliced the karela & onions.  * Sliced onion (Dungri).  * Chopped tomatoes (Tamata).  * Very finely chopped Garlic (Lasan).   * Very finely chopped Ginger (Adrak).  * Salt (Namak).  * Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirchu).  * Whole Cumin seeds (Jeera).  * Tumeric powder (Haldi).  * Coriander powder (Dhania).  * Washed & freshly cut Green Coriander Leaves (Dhania).  * Karela (sliced into & fried).
