'There are two types of okonomiyaki in Japan.  One is Osaka style The other is Hiroshima style  Which okonomiyaki is better depends on the person  This discussion is often heated, but I don\'t know the answer.  What appears in the video is Hiroshima style. I like Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki'
