'Dindigul Mutton Biryani இது ஏப்படி இருக்குனு கொஞ்சம் டிரை பண்ணி பாருங்க | Ingredients: Chopped Mutton - 250 grams Biryani Rice 500 grams Curd 1 Cup Onion medium Chopped long Green Chilli 10 nos Garlic 10 nos Ginger 1 small piece Coriander leaves 1 cup Mint leaves 1 cup Pepper corn 1 Spoon Chilli powder 2 Spoons Masala items (Bay leaf, Star Anise, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon) Turmeric powder 1 Spoon Salt 1 Spoon (as needed) Cooking oil as needed (not shown here)  Process: Add the chopped Mutton into the cooker Add Turmeric powder Add Salt Add 1 cup water for cooking Allow for 7-8 whistles (depending on the Mutton) Add Onion Add Chilli Add Garlic Add Ginger Add Pepper corn Grind to fine paste Add 4-5 Spoons of oil to cooker Add Masala items Add the ground paste Add Chilli powder Add Garam Masala Add Salt Add Curd Add Coriander leaves Add Mint leaves Add Boiled Mutton Add the stock as well Add soaked Biryani rice Allow for 3 whistles Spicy Dindigul Style Mutton Biryani is ready to serve HOT !!!
