But what\'s served is often a different story. NHS Highland has issued an apology after fast food was served to residents in a care home in Lochaber. A member of staff at Invernevis House in Fort William went to McDonald\'s to order food on 27 December after the chef did not turn up for work. Obesity is a problem that affects roughly a quarter of adults in the UK, with evidence suggesting that that figure is growing.
