'Hi friends keep support and subscribe to our channel. Ragi Puttu Ingredients: Ragi Flour - 250gm Jaggery Powder - 50gm Sugar - 50gm Grated Coconut- 50gm Ghee - 2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Banana - 2 Take ragi flour in bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt to it. Mix well. Now add water little by little. Make the flour to sand cosistency. Now add water to the base vessel of the puttu maker and keep on the stove to get heated. Next place the disc in cylindrical vessel and add little amount of grated coconut then add prepared ragi flour upto half the cylinder vessel and add little amount of grated coconut in middle and fill the puttu maker with prepared ragi flour. Finally add grated cocount at the top and cover the top with lid. Now place the cylinder vessel to base vessel. Now wait for five mintues till the steam released from the cylinder vessel. Now remove the cylinder vessel from base vessel. Using wooden stick remove the steamed ragi puttu in a plate. Now you can add jaggery powder or sugar, ghee and Banana if you like.'See also:
