'When it comes to kebab, the first name that comes to our mind is Lucknow. While many of us are aware of those signature non-vegetarian kebabs, there is a street stall in Noida that sells delicious vegetarian kebabs made with beans and pulses. Owned by Majid and Mushtaq, this shop is running successfully for almost a decade and is quite popular among people of all age groups. They serve these tender kebabs with paratha, sliced onion, lemon and green chutney. When asked about the process of making the kebabs, Majid said, “It is all about the right ratio and proper soaking of the ingredients.” He further says, “It is an art we have developed over a period of time and that is what makes our kebabs special and delicious.” The shop is open all the seven days and between 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. While the Brahmaputra market of Noida is quite famous for non-vegetarian dishes, this shop stands with a unique identity. Interestingly, in the first go these kebabs might look like any other non-veg kebab, but trust us, they are pure vegetarian and what we really liked is that they use minimum oil to pan fry these kebabs. So, in case you are looking for a healthy kebab stall, you can try these kebabs, excluding parathas. Majid informs, “We also serve kebab rolls that are filling and delicious.” Watch this video to know more about the way these kebabs are made and how do they look. We hope this will tempt you enough to try out these kebabs soon. Enjoy!'
