'Murungai Keerai Poriyal / Drumstick Leaves Stir Fry;  Best for Hair Growth  Ingredients:  Drumstick Leaves / Murungai Keerai -1 Bunch Small Onions - 5 Nos Green Chillies - 2 Nos Curry leaves - few Grated Coconut - 2 Tbsp Salt  To Temper  Mustard & Urad dhal - 1 Tsp Oil  Preparation Method: 1. Clean & Wash the leaves. Filter without any water 2. Temper Mustard, Urad dhal & Curry leaves in Oil 3. Add Chopped Small Onions, Green Chillies & Salt - Saute Well 4. Add Drumstick Leaves, saute for a minute, then add 1/4 Cup water and cook. 5. Once its cooked add grated Coconut and Switch off the flame - Mix well 6. Murungai Keerai Poriyal is ready'
