'Almonds,Figs,Dates,Oats,Seasme seeds are rich in calcium.I have used Dates, Figs,Almonds,Sesamae seeds,Oats and honey.I have not used sugar or jaggery for sweetness.Ladoo gets  sweetness from Honey,Dates and Figs.I used some ghee for making of ladoo.
