(Optional)Chilli flakes 2 cups Sliced Radish 1 1/2 kg Chopped small cubes Mixed 1/4 kg Ground Pork, 1 kg Pork Lungs & 1/4 kg Pork Liver boil and wash 2 times (30 mins each boil) Serve 10-15 persons Cooking time 2 hrs. Procedure: Boil all mixed meat for 1 hour clean and chopped into cubes, set aside and continue to prepare all other ingredients.'
