'How do I know how much carbohydrate is in my food? (Diabetes in children)'

00:21 Jun 29
'This question is answered by Dr Catherine Peters, Consultant in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes. Look at the food packaging, as this may tell you how many carbohydrates are in the food. If you are eating out, lots of restaurants have the carbohydrate content on their menu, or on their websites. Otherwise, there are lots of books and apps that can help.
