'Thank you for visiting my channel - \'Foodie Shark\' FOOD \'Ppop-Gi\' or \'Dalgona\' In Korea, this was a very common street candy in the old days. Usually seen in front of schools targeting young children. You\'re supposed to take a tooth pick and slowly cut it along the line without breaking the shape. If you succeed, you get another candy or a prize. It\'s more of a simple game than a food item. It\'s very simple to make. Keep stirring the brown sugar until it melts. Then add a tiny bit of baking soda and keep stirring until it starts to rise. Pour on a metal surface and press flat while still hot. Then choose a template shape you like. The cutting part is fun but harder than you think. Try it if you see one on a street corner.
