'Lam Mee or prosperity noodles 富贵面 is one unique street food noodle soup dish that I can\'t find outside Penang. It\'s a combination of a clear flavourful broth, mixed with some fried eggs, meats/prawns and served with sambal.   Berkcious pork is 100% free from harmful chemicals. Berkcious pork does not contain any beta agonists, growth hormones, or antibiotics. The pigs are raised naturally in an humane manner.   Berkshire Black pork is a breed imported in from UK. Black pork has a greater marbling content like wagyu. The meat is more tender and fragrant.  Can buy through Shopee or Facebook. Delivery within klang valley only. Lam Mee Ingredients: 100 – 150g of yellow noodles (or as much as you needed) Some taugeh Shredded fried eggs (for garnishing/topping) Fresh corianders, cut short (for garnishing/topping) Cooked prawns (for garnishing/topping) Fish cakes, sliced (for garnishing/topping) Berkcious black pork belly, sliced (for garnishing/topping) Chopped spring onions (for garnishing/topping) Fried shallots (for garnishing/topping)  To Serve: Add the needed amount of noodle into a deep plate and top up with the garnishing ingredients. Pour the soup over, adding few dashes of white pepper and serve with the sambal belacan.
