'Sapo tofu Ingredient 1.Egg tofu 2. Carret 3. Pak choi 4. Chinese cabbag 5. Onion 6. Srimp 7. Garlig 8. Ginjer 9. Spring onion 10. Fish ball 11. Dry mushroom ( soqk in foter for 2 hour) Menthoud 1.Wash shrims ,remove skin 2.Cut egg taufu put corn flour mux well fry until brown colour 3. Wash pak choi and chines cabbag 4. Was carret and cut it 5. Cut spring onions 6. Wash dry mushroom and cut it 7.Cooper garlig 8.Cut ginger ,sprung onion 9.Wash fish ball and cut it 10. Make woter and 1 tsp corn flour 11.Hit wok add oil ,put garlig,ginger fry until brown colour. 12. Add onion fry 2 minute ,add shrims 13. Add carret , mushroom pour woter cover it 14. Add fish ball, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce , pepper 1 tsp mushroom powder, 15. Add pak choi and chinese cabbag 16. Add spring onion ,and pour corn flour woter 17. Add egg taufu cook for 2 minute. Bahan 1. Tahu telur / Tahu japang 2. Wortel 3. Sayur pak choi 4. Sawi putih 5 Bawang bombay 6. Udang 7.Bola ikan 8. Bawang putih 9. Jahe 10. Daun bawang 11. Jamur kuping ( di rendam 2 jam ) Cara memasak 1. Cuci udang buang kulit nya 2. Potong tahu taburi dengan tepung jangung , goreng sampai warna kecoklatan 3. Cuci sayur pak choi dan sawi putih. 4. Cuci wortel dan potong 5. Potong bawang bombay 6. Cuci jamur dan potong 7. Potong / cop cop bawang putih 8. Potong jahe dan daung bawang 9. Cuci bola ikan dan potong 10. Suap kan air dan 1 sdt tepung jagung 11. Panaskan wajan goreng jahe ,bawang putih 12.Masukkan bawang bombay masak 2 menit masukkan udang 13. Masukkan wortel .jamur dan air ,tutup biar cepat masak 14.Masukkan bola ikan , 1 Sdm sauce tiram , 1sdt bubuk jamur ,merica secukupnya 15.
