'Greetings to Friends and Families of SAMAIYAL THIRUVIZHA, Today i have shared the Special Recipe for 6Month + Babies. You can start this semi solid food once your baby is 6m. So here i showed the 2 types of Lunch Recipes . One is Arisi Parupu Sadam and Other one is Rasam Sadam. ARISI PARUPU SADAM This is a Weight Gaining Recipe for your baby. The way i prepared is Cleanse the Rice and Dall, Let it dry completely, then Dry Roast them Separately with Low to Medium Flame. Then Grind it together Coarsely .You can Store this in an airtight Container for future use. Keep the cloves inside the container for good Aroma. Ingredients Cooking Rice - 100 gm Moong Dall -100 gm carrot -small size beans- 2 Crushed garlic and shallot - A pinch of Turmeric powder and asafoetida and cumin RASAM SADAM Rasam sadam is very helpful to digest the food. You can give few spoons of rasam sadam to them after any food in their\'s Lunch. Ingredients Tomato -1 Shallots- 1 Garlic -2 cloves Coriander seeds -3 Pepper corns -3 Jeera /cumin - A pinch Asafoetida - a pinch corriander leaves Turmeric powder - a pinch water - 250 ml Note : Im not prefer salt for babies below 1 year.If you used then you can add very little amount. Today i showed this recipe for 6 and above month babies. you can give this recipe upto 2 years, by doubling the ingredients. Hope this video will helpful for you.
