There are many types of side dish crepes and they are very delicious! This time, I received sesame crepe \"Kyoto vegetable (mixed sesame 〈gold / black / white〉420 yen)\" that uses plenty of sesame for both the dough and the ingredients (and for the sweet crepe as well as the cream). This time, I had a crepe and took a video of making crepe with permission. Crepe is a type of pancake that originated in Brittany in northwestern France. The original dish was a thin pancake galette made from buckwheat flour, which has a strong image of eating around in Japan, but recently, the number of shops that you can taste “French-style galettes and crepes with a knife and fork” is increasing. In Kyoto, there is also a famous Famous crepe & galette specialty shop originated in Paris, France(scheduled to be introduced in another video). This time I had a sesame crepe at this shop.
