'Happy Wednesday everyone! I\'m so excited today to share this food tutorial with you. Have you ever had Matcha Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake? OMG...It\'s probably the most delicious thing I\'ve ever tasted. I mean I love green tea and I love cake, so I was in heaven when I first discovered this cake 8 years ago. lol...Anyway, just want to share this recipe so you can enjoy it too. :) Hope you\'ll enjoy watching the video! YouTube Subscribe here: http://bit.ly/mingzhaoyoutube Instagram: http://bit.ly/mingzhaoinstagram Twitter: http://bit.ly/mingzhaotwitter Facebook: http://bit.ly/mingzhaofacebook  Ingredients:  For the Crepes: 200 g ( 1 1/3 cups ) flour (I used bread flour for a more chewy texture) 4 tbsp matcha 100 g (7 tbsp) sugar 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 600 ml milk Little oil for greasing the pan Little extra matcha for dusting to decorate the cake  For the Filling: 5 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tbsp matcha   Direction:  Sift the flour into a bowl Add sugar, salt and matcha into the flour Use a whisk to mix them together well Add the eggs and stir in only 1/3 of the milk, mix them well Pour in rest of the milk and continue to mix Strain the batter through a sieve Use a ladle to scoop the batter (keep consisetency withe the same amount of batter in scoop each time) Thinly grease the heated pan Swirl around the pan to spread the batter Let the crepe cook for a few seconds Use a spatula to pry up the edges from the pan (if the edges come off easily from the pan, the crepe is ready to be flipped) Flip the crepe to cook the other side  Set the cooked crepe on a cooling rack or cutting board to be cooled off Finish making all the crepe with above steps (you should get 15-20 crepes in total, so keep the crepe as thin as possible) Stack up all the crepes neatly and use a bowl in your desired size as a guide to trim off the crepe edges for a perfect circle shape  Set the crepes aside and move on to the filling Put the mixing bowl in another bigger bowl with some ice and water Add matcha and sugar for the filling into it Stir in the heavy cream and mix them well together Beat the cream till it thickens Lay one cooled crepe on a plate or cake stand and spread filling on top Repeat this step till all the crepes are layered Dust some extra matcha over the top crepe You can serve it right away for a softer cake texture or refrigerate 2-3 hours for a more chewy cake texture   Music Credit: Vibe With Me by Joakim Karud http://soundcloud.com/joakimkarud Music promoted by Audio Library https://youtu.be/-7YDBIGCXsY'
